During this time, he has acquired broad experience across training and development, recruitment, performance appraisal, counselling, and remuneration review. He also has developed a thorough working knowledge of the legislative requirements impacting on human resource management, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO). In 1992 Peter entered the Executive Search industry, where he utilised his technical strengths and expertise at both a strategic and operational level. Peter has established a strong and extensive skill base and expert knowledge across a range of industry sectors, successfully assisting clients in securing high calibre senior executives in over 600 individual assignments. August 2011, Axiom Executive Search and Recruitment was established to maximise the synergistic team approach for the acquisition of high calibre senior executives. Peter holds Bachelor of Arts from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma in Employment Relations from University of Technology Sydney.

In addition she has held various Executive and Non- Executive Board positions with not-for–profit organisations along with Local Government Advisory Committees. Giselle holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources & Industrial Relations) from Charles Sturt University, Bathurst.

Most recently, Kate managed the Energy and Natural Resources Practice, Middle East and Africa region for an international executive search boutique firm. Kate has significant experience in conducting international executive search mandates in government, energy, natural resources, infrastructure, and life sciences. She has a track record of successfully completing assignments from Board to Head of Function levels in General, Financial, Operational, and Commercial and Technical management. Kate holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong.

During that time, she has gained specific industry experience in the Public Sector (both State and Federal), Defence, Health, Energy and Resources, Information Technology and Banking and Finance. Alison’s research experience includes over 50 international assignments, particularly focused on the UK, UAE and US. Alison holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) from the Australian Catholic University.
